Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment with no charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.

  • If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and charged in full.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, the session is charged in full.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
This ensures fairness for all clients.

5. Provider Cancellations

If M&P Mindful & Priority needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered:

  • A new appointment time, or

  • A full refund for that session.

6. Monthly Packages

Package cancellations require 7 days' notice before the next renewal date.
Unattended or unused sessions within a month are non-refundable.
