Welcome to M&P Mindful & Priority. By booking a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure a professional, transparent, and respectful working relationship.

1. Services Provided

M&P Mindful & Priority offers administrative, organisational, operational, and consulting support services. Exact service details are provided on the Services and Booking pages.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked through the online booking system or by phone unless agreed otherwise.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Prices may change, but confirmed bookings will always remain at the price you paid.

  • M&P reserves the right not to confirm your booking until payment has been made.

3. Session Duration & Conduct

  • Session lengths are clearly stated at the time of booking.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • If the provider (M&P) is running late, full session time will be honoured or rebooked.

4. Communication

Email communication is the primary channel for follow-ups and general queries.
Some packages may include additional communication access (e.g., WhatsApp/Text priority).

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please refer to the dedicated Cancellation Policy below.

6. Packages & Monthly Support Plans

Monthly plans renew automatically every month unless cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the session being charged in full.

8. Responsibility & Disclaimer

M&P Mindful & Priority provides organisational and operational support but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or business results.
You remain responsible for final decisions within your business.

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential under UK GDPR.
